Rheid Schloss was raised in a small farming community in Idaho where he dreamed of not becoming a Potato Farmer and not having to speak in church.

Today Rheid is a multi-award winning motivational speaker, speech coach, and leadership trainer.  He inspires audiences with stories from his childhood, his professional career, and being a caregiver.

His message of hope, humor, and happiness is especially meaningful for individuals facing impossible challenges.

Rheid has been part of Toastmasters International since 2008 and is a member of the Colorado chapter of the National Speakers Association.  He is a Systems Solution Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and has owned four businesses.

In May of 2016, Rheid won the Toastmasters International, District 26, International Speech Contest advancing him to the Semi-Finals of the World Championship of Public Speaking in Washington D.C.

Rheid still doesn’t want to be a Potato Farmer and has gotten over his fear of speaking in church; however, now he dreams of speaking to 1000’s of audiences around the world.
